Introduction and Guidance

Unlike all the other sites, books, boxes, and posts we have read to date, Dead Simple Weight Loss (DSWL) is going to get right to the point.


This is the cold hard truth: Losing weight is a process and not a "thing" that happens. But that does not mean loosing weight should be difficult, stressful or painful. The process of getting an A+ body, if done correctly, should not make your procrastinate. Nor is it unreachable.  Quite the contrary. Getting to the body you deserve requires no more then a balanced approach concentrating on these areas:
- Starting Your Journey Right
- Stimulating your Mind
- Trusting your Body
- Eating Correctly  (I promise this will not suck)
- Supplementing Your Nutrients 
- Educating Yourself

DSWL wants to make getting the body you want a fun, straightforward process. If you at any time need help, we are willing to talk on the forums or by email. The goal is to make a more heathy world and for less people to give up before they try. So start the process now.
