Edible Trash:
Check what is in your food. Read the ingredients. If its listed and you cannot pronounce some ingredients, it probably does belong in a balanced diet. the preservative 'partially hydrogenated oil' found in many convenient and grocer items. The to-go item is the worst. Bags of flavored corn chips. Chocolate bars (not all of them). Packaged pastries. Energy drinks are a no-go.
